Parents must fill out all the official application forms no later than January 31st, 2021. To ensure that your child is registered, you must also become a member of the Hellenic Community of Greater Montreal, as described in the registration form. For parents whose child attends our school for the first time, they must personally show up to the secretariat with the completed signed form. The form must be accompanied by:

  • the birth certificate of the child with the parents’ names (with translation if applicable)
  • the baptism certificate of the child with the parents’ names (with translation if applicable)
  • the child’s Medicare card
  • the vaccination certificate

Copies must be made at the school. The Ministry of Education of Quebec requires that original documents be submitted to the school administration.
