2022 ELECTIONS at Demosthenes!

For this year’s first oral project in social studies, all the grade 6 students of Demosthenes are busy summarizing the various proposals of the political parties vying for the elections on October 3rd.

From this research (and synthesis) of information, the two classes will have to present to their classmates the results of their team’s research.

Next week, on Election Day, our students will be invited to a mock vote.

Finally, at the end of the day, the results will be counted for statistical purposes (in mathematics).

Will the students of the Demosthenes campus be able to predict the outcome of the vote on October 3rd?

To be continued…

Election Day results:

According to our results this morning and if the trend continues tonight, the Demosthène campus announces that the Liberal Party of Quebec of Dominique Anglade will form the next government and that the official opposition will be the Quebec Solidaire party of Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois.

Follow the race tonight to find out the real result!
